in my game against ringebri he made his 3. move on d4 and his 4. move again on d4.
Is this correct?

No, it isn't. I removed the last move.

Sad At the end of the Robot Masters game, when the winner is determined, I think the algorithm for the winning calculation is incorrect. The winner, according to the rules, is the player whose lowest scored column (or row) is greater than the opponent's lowest scored row (or column). In our case, my lowest scored column was 27, Tallie's lowest scored row was 11. Therefore, I should have won the game. Am I wrong?

You did delete your game so I cannot check, but probably you switched what your direction was?
