I could understand the change from 28 people to 14 in games that were taking ages to start a tournament, but now it's everything except backgammon. Is a LC tournament start every week to ten days not 'enough'?

I predict that reducing the size will more than double the number of starts in a given time, but that will just be because at least seven players will be in all of them...

I'm sure this came up in the games that were '14'-ed a while back, but it would be nice if the medals could be changed slightly to reflect the way it will be easier to win one now.

I agree, I don't think all games had to be changed to 14

I also agree that the ones changed recently didn't need changing , can we get some explanation why this was done please?

in my opinion these tournaments didn't start fast enough. Especially for new players: waiting for 7-10 days is too long.
