Can someone to translate from the rules what are winning conditions for the white and black? In one game I was amazed when I got my king to the edge of the board, but the game didn't end?

So white should should get the king to the corner of the board (concluded form the graphic of the board), or what? Or was that situation just a bug? Unfortunately I continued the game already...

White and Black pawns are not allowed on the corner squares.

Here is some English version of the rules I made a while ago so I could play against friends using only a message board. It's not really good, but it'll probably help you out until the rules here are translated.

Tablut is an ancient game. It belongs to the Hneftafl games, also referred to as Viking games. There are many different versions and rules, we're using the same as the Dutch site I got this from.

The Object
The white team (the blonde Swedish) wants to move their king from the center square (throne) to one of the corners. The black team (the dark Moscovits) wants to kill the Swedish king.

Starting positions
This is what the board looks like at the start.

| a | _ | _ | X | X | X | _ | _ | a |
| _ | _ | _ | _ | X | _ | _ | _ | _ |
| _ | _ | _ | _ | 0 | _ | _ | _ | _ |
| X | _ | _ | _ | 0 | _ | _ | _ | X |
| X | X | 0 | 0 | K | 0 | 0 | X | X |
| X | _ | _ | _ | 0 | _ | _ | _ | X |
| _ | _ | _ | _ | 0 | _ | _ | _ | _ |
| _ | _ | _ | _ | X | _ | _ | _ | _ |
| a | _ | _ | X | X | X | _ | _ | a |

legend:
X are the black pieces
0 are the white pieces
K is the king (white)
a are the corners (NOT PIECES)
*The center square is also an "a". So when white moves the king, he or she should place an "a" there.

Moving pieces
All pieces move the same horizontaly or verticaly, any number of squares. Just like the rook in chess. Only the king may finish on an "a" square. However, other pieces may move over the center square.

Capturing pieces
To capture an opposing piece, you must surround it on two opposing sides with two pieces of your own. For example:

| _ | _ | _ | _ | _ |............| _ | _ | _ | _ | _ |............| _ | _ | _ | _ | _ |
| _ | _ | _ | 0 | _ |............| _ | _ | _ | _ | _ |............| _ | _ | _ | _ | _ |
| _ | 0 | X | _ | _ |.. ---> ..| _ | 0 | X | 0 | _ |.. ---> ..| _ | 0 | _ | 0 | _ |
| _ | _ | _ | _ | _ |............| _ | _ | _ | _ | _ |............| _ | _ | _ | _ | _ |

White can surround the black piece by moving it's right piece one down.

However, when you move a piece between two enemy pieces, it's not captured.

| _ | _ | _ | _ | _ |............| _ | _ | _ | _ | _ |............| _ | _ | _ | _ | _ |
| _ | 0 | _ | 0 | _ |............| _ | 0 | X | 0 | _ |............| _ | 0 | X | 0 | _ |
| _ | _ | X | _ | _ |.. ---> ..| _ | _ | _ | _ | _ |.. ---> ..| _ | _ | _ | _ | _ |
| _ | _ | _ | _ | _ |............| _ | _ | _ | _ | _ |............| _ | _ | _ | _ | _ |

Finally, the king may not be used to capture a piece.

Capturing the King
There are special rules for black to capture the king. In order to achieve this, black must surround the king on all four sides. The only exception is that it may use a side of the board, or the throne (center square) to surround it. Below is how the king can be captured.

| a | _ | _ | _ | _ | _ | _ | _ | a |
| _ | _ | X | _ | _ | _ | _ | _ | _ |
| _ | X | K | X | _ | _ | _ | _ | _ |
| _ | _ | X | _ | _ | X | _ | _ | _ |
| _ | _ | _ | _ | a | K | X | _ | _ |
| _ | _ | _ | _ | _ | X | _ | _ | _ |
| _ | _ | _ | _ | _ | _ | _ | _ | _ |
| _ | _ | _ | X | _ | _ | _ | _ | _ |
| a | _ | X | K | X | _ | _ | _ | a |

Note: You cannot capture the king using a corner "a".

The game is a draw when:
-both players agree to a draw
-the same setting occurs for the third time
-no pieces have been captured for 50 moves
