Looks good and plays well - tho i have a couple of suggestions.
1. It needs a couple of extra options such as the ability to swap some tiles rather than lose a go
2. The blank tile needs to have something telling what the letter has changed to when placed

Apart from that it looks very impressive - obviously the dictionary may need a few words added to it from time to time

Some people use their own scrabbleboard and rack at home.

I rearrange the letters by making a nonsense word on the board and then removing the letters back to the rack in a new order.
