Would it be possible to improve the look of the Backgammon board on this web site? The boards at Richard's PBeM site with the 3D pieces and wood grain effect do look so much better.

I registered on this web site in the hope that I might play games of Backgammon. A nice board will give a good playing experience. But the board here looks so bad. It rather turns me away. It might turn other people away also.

Your board does look inviting indeed! I'm not a programmer, but I reckon it would need an entirely new program to look like that. €£$

I've played on another site that looks like yours, but it was also a lot slower. And then there is zooescape. Not half shabby...
