Basically every team in this forum can post, his/her team to promote.

A few conditions:
# per team you can create one topic.
#Put your team name in the subject.
#You can even change the subject if it is no longer current.
Then go to the first message and click edit.
Or ask an admin to do this for you.

# In a team post from another team you do not advertise for your own team. Only in your own teamtopic.
# Ads for your team in an other forumtopic then the appropriate teamforum will be deleted.
# If a topic is created for your team and you make a new one, it will also be removed.

It is not allowed to recruit members by pb, or in good English by PM (personal message)
You can use this forum to advertise or you can invite members in person during a game.

I think juniors and seniors should choose whatever they want to play like a list then the captain can choose the player to choose any of them games if not then they'll have alot of problems and complants about not wanting to play this and that so what u think of it? Smile

I think your game preferences are perfectly suitable for that Wink

Just put them on red or orange when you don't want to play a certain game

well giving people a list of what they want to play can be sent to Darkelf and he can choose whatever game he wants us to play (which the other players that have chosen) Then everyone would be happy Smile

instead of all the mix ups that happen and I would like an admin to hear this Smile

I'm an admin on the Dutch version of this site, so I know the team mechanism fairly well. I've also been captain and vice captain on that site for years.

In my teams, that kind of mixup's didn't happen. Everyone was asked to use the game preferences (this option was made, thanks to a similar question on the Dutch site) and I never seat people on a game which is put on orange or red (unless they allow me to make an exception).

But do you join the lower rating team to increase your chance of playing

Or the higher and go for a 12-0 show of force

Only compared active ratings, so maybe join team without active rating and play that game and then add it to the list !
